KRACE shares your personal information only with the Service Provider you select or request, and only to the minimum extent necessary to provide consultation, booking, service coordination, and related support. Your information is shared only after you submit a consultation request, request service coordination, or confirm a booking.
Recipients, Purpose, Information Provided, and Retention Period
- Healthcare / Medical Providers
- Purpose of Provision — Pre-consultation, booking, treatment preparation, and related communication
- Information Provided — Name, date of birth, contact details, language preference, booking information. Health-related information is collected and processed separately based on your explicit consent.
- Retention Period — Retained by the Service Provider only for the period necessary to fulfill the service, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Wellness / Aesthetic Service Providers
- Purpose of Provision — Consultation, booking, service preparation, and related communication
- Information Provided — Name, contact details, language preference, selected service type, booking information, appointment date and time, and special requests
- Retention Period — Retained by the Service Provider only for the period necessary to fulfill the service, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Related Service Providers
- Purpose of Provision — Service coordination, communication support, interpretation, concierge support, travel or accommodation coordination, customer support, and related service fulfillment
- Information Provided — Name, contact details, preferred language, appointment or travel schedule, booking preferences, and other information necessary to provide the requested service
- Retention Period — Retained by the Service Provider only for the period necessary to fulfill the service, in accordance with applicable laws.
Roles and Responsibilities
Each Service Provider receives and processes your personal information as an independent data controller or service provider in accordance with its own legal obligations and privacy practices.
KRACE is responsible for securely transmitting your information to the selected Service Provider. After transmission, the selected Service Provider is responsible for its own use, storage, retention, protection, and deletion of the information in accordance with applicable laws and its own privacy practices.
Scope of Data Sharing
Your information is shared only with the Service Provider or Related Service Provider involved in the requested service, and only to the minimum extent necessary for that service.
KRACE does not sell your personal information to Service Providers.
Cross-Border Data Transfer
Your information is shared only with the Service Provider you select. Current KRACE partner providers are located in Korea. If international providers are added in the future, this section will be updated and any required consents will be obtained at that time.
Right to Refuse
You may refuse this consent. However, KRACE will not be able to provide consultation or booking services on your behalf.
