KRACE collects and processes your personal information to create and manage your account, facilitate consultation and booking, support payment processing, and provide customer support and platform security.
Items Collected, Purpose, and Retention Period

- Items Collected — Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, nationality, preferred language

- Items Collected — Inquiries, support messages, communications, reviews, and feedback submitted through the Platform

- Retention Period — Access logs: 3 months / Other security-related records: up to 1 year, unless a longer period is required by applicable laws
* Date of birth is collected for: (1) age verification under applicable law; (2) confirming eligibility to make bookings, which are available only to users aged 18 or older; and (3) accurate user identification within the Platform. It is not used for advertising or profiling.
Age Requirement and Minors
Booking and payment services on the Platform are available only to users aged 18 or older. By making a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Users under the age of 14 may not register independently. Registration requires the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.
Right to Refuse
You may refuse this consent. However, if you refuse, you will not be able to create an account, request consultations or bookings, or use member-only KRACE services that require the processing of personal information.
Guest browsing or access to non-member informational pages may remain available without this consent.
